LONDON (Alliance News) - Ocean Wilsons Holdings Ltd on Monday said the chief financial officer of its Brazilian subsidiary is to resign.
Ocean Wilsons is a Bermuda-based investment company, which through the Wilson Sons subsidiary operates as a maritime services company in Brazil.
Felipe Gutteres, the chief financial officer of Wilson Sons, will resign from his role by the end of March in order to take on a new challenge, Ocean Wilsons said. His duties will be taken on by the rest of the executive team at the business until a replacement is found.
Ocean Wilsons shares were untraded early Monday, having last traded at 725.00 pence.
