LONDON (Alliance News) - Digital advertiser Ocean Outdoor Ltd on Monday said it is on track to re-admit its shares to trading on the London Stock Exchange by the end of 2018.
The outdoor advertising company operates the outside of the IMAX theatre near Waterloo Station in London and has exclusive external rights to the Westfield London and Westfield Stratford shopping malls.
Ocean Outdoor's shares have been suspended since March 1 when its announced its GBP200 million acquisition of advertising firm Ocean Outdoor. This prompted its name change from Ocelot Partners Ltd.
Subsequent to this, in June, Ocean Outdoor acquired Scottish advertiser Forrest Media for GBP32 million.
