LONDON (Alliance News) - Ocean Outdoor Ltd on Tuesday said it has acquired two Dutch digital out-of-home companies for a combined value of EUR51 million.
The advertising firm acquired Interbest, a roadside operator with 88 masts across motorways and roads, and Ngage Media, a pure play digital operator, with 76 large full motion digital screens in 50 location across the Netherlands.
For 2018, the two businesses combined delivered revenue EUR25.7 million and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation of EUR7.4 million.
Ocean Outdoor shares were untraded on Tuesday, last quoted at USD6.80.
