LONDON (Alliance News) - Out-of-home advertising specialist Ocean Outdoor Ltd said Wednesday it appointed Andrew Miller as independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
Miller is currently a partner of Terra Firma Capital Partners, a role he started in September 2016.
Until 2015, Miller was chief executive officer of Guardian Media Group, prior to which he was chief financial officer for the newspaper.
The outdoor advertising company operates the exterior of the IMAX theatre near Waterloo Station in London and has exclusive external rights to the Westfield London and Westfield Stratford shopping malls.
Ocean Outdoor shares continue to be suspended from trading. The shares were suspended on March 1 when it announced its GBP200 million acquisition of advertising firm Ocean Outdoor.
Earlier in November, the firm expects its shares to be re-admitted by the end of 2018.
