(Alliance News) - FTSE 100-listed Ocado Group PLC on Monday said it intends to launch a potential GBP400 million offering of senior unsecured notes, which it said will be issued with customary high yield terms.
In addition, the Hatfield, England-based online grocer and technology provider said it intends to redeem all of the outstanding 4.00% senior secured notes due 2024.
Ocado said the notes will be redeemed at a redemption price equal to 101% of the principal amount of the notes redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest. The anticipated redemption date is Friday next week.
Ocado shares were trading 0.1% higher in London on Monday at 1,762.50 pence each.
