LONDON (Alliance News) - Oakley Capital Investments Ltd said Tuesday that Christopher Wetherhill will stand down as chairman, after 11 years in the role.

"I would like to thank Chris for his significant contribution over the last 11 years and, in particular, the recent steps taken to enhance governance and structure for the benefit of shareholders, which are still ongoing," said new Chairperson Foulger.

The company also said that Stewart Porter will join as non-executive director, effective September 24. Porter has recently stepped down as chief operating officer of Oakley Capital Ltd, which is the investment advisor to the company.
