LONDON (Alliance News) - Numis Corporation PLC said Thursday its Non-Executive Chairman Gerald Corbett has informed the company that he will not be seeking re-election at the company's annual general meeting in February 2017, meaning he will be stepping down from the role and the board of the stockbroker.
Corbett has held the position since May 2009.
Numis said it "will be undertaking a search for his replacement and will make an announcement in due course".
Shares in Numis were down 0.1% at 199.75 pence on Thursday.
