LONDON (Alliance News) - Numis Corporation PLC Wednesday said its expects to report first-half revenues and profits "significantly above" those reported for the corresponding period in its previous financial year.
Numis also said it expects first-half revenues and profits to be "comfortably ahead" of the second-half of 2013.
The investment bank and stockbroker said it has completed 22 transactions, including five initial public offerings, so far in the current financial year.
"Our deal pipeline for the foreseeable future is strong," Numis said in a statement.
Numis will report its results for the six months ending March 31 on Wednesday, May 7.
Numis shares were Wednesday quoted at 324.00 pence, up 1.3%.
