LONDON (Alliance News) - Numis Corporation PLC Friday said Non-Executive Chairman David Arculus is to retire in May, with independent Non-Executive Director Gerald Corbett to succeed him.
Corbett joined the board of the UK investment bank in May 2009.
Numis said it is looking for two new non-executive directors and expects to make an announcement in due course.
"It has been truly absorbing to be part of Numis over the last five years, which has been both challenging and hugely rewarding. Through the hard work and dedication of its people, the firm successfully navigated the downturn and is now stronger than it has ever been. I wish the firm continued success in the future," Arculus said in a statement.
