(Alliance News) - Cash shell Nu-Oil & Gas PLC on Wednesday said that Graham Scotton has resigned as non-executive director with immediate effect and by mutual agreement.
"The board wishes Mr. Scotton well in his future endeavours," the company added, without disclosing any further details regarding Scotton's departure.
Earlier in November, Nu-Oil appointed Jay Bhattacherjee and Andrew Dennan as non-executive chair and non-executive director, respectively.
Nu-Oil & Gas shares were up 1.6% at 0.0518 pence each in London on Wednesday afternoon.
