LONDON (Alliance News) - Nu-Oil and Gas PLC on Friday saw its shares fall in early trade after it raised GBP435,000 through a discounted placing.
The company will issue 124.3 million shares at 0.35 pence per share. Shares in the company were down 24% early Friday to 0.400p, one of the worst performers in the AIM All-Share.
The proceeds from the placing will be used to back the group's strategy and to facilitate the acquisition of projects.
