LONDON (Alliance News) - Novacyt SA, said Tuesday that 2019 trading has started positively and is in line with management expectations.
The clinical diagnostics company also said that it remains in talks for the sale of NOVAprep and the Clinical Lab businesses. It is separately in also in talks with debt providers for a material investment of which a significant proportion will be used to consolidate debt obligations.
Novacyt expects to complete the financing within the next six to eight weeks. As at February 22, the company had EUR950,000 in funds, ahead of its expectations.
Shares in the company were trading 9.9% lower at EUR0.26 on Tuesday afternoon.
