(Alliance News) - Nostra Terra Oil & Gas Co PLC said Friday it had received a letter from Eridge Capital Ltd on Wednesday requisitioning a general meeting to table resolutions for the removal of several directors.
The resolutions includes the removal of Chief Executive Officer Matt Lofgran, any directors appointed within the period between the requisition and the proposed meeting, and the appointment of Andrew Morrison to the oil and gas firm's board.
Nostra Terra said it will look to convene a meeting, subject to the establishment of the requisition's validity.
Shares in Nostra Terra - which is based in London - were down 1.2% at 0.89 pence on Friday.
