LONDON (Alliance News) - Northgate PLC on Friday said that Fernando Ubeda, general manager of the firm's Spanish arm, will step down from its role and join the board as non-executive director.
Ubeda, will leave its role during the course of 2019, after nine years with the business, Northgate said.
The company is already looking for a successor and Ubeda will maintain his role until the completion of a handover period.
In line with the company's succession plan, upon his retirement Ubeda will join the main board of Northgate.
Northgate shares were trading up 1.6% at 396.20 pence each.
