LONDON (Alliance News) - Northern Venture Trust PLC Friday said that its unaudited net asset value fell to 87.7 pence between the end of March and the end of June, due to the payment of its interim dividend.
In a statement covering the three months to the end of June, the trust said that its NAV was 87.7 pence at the end of June. At the end of March, the figure, which was stated before deducting the 3.0 pence interim dividend, was 89.1 pence.
The trust tries to provide high long-term tax-free returns to investors through a combination of dividend yield and capital growth, by investing in a portfolio of investments mainly comprising unquoted venture capital holdings.
