(Alliance News) - Northern Venture Trust PLC on Thursday said its GBP13.3 million share offer is now fully subscribed and no further applications will be accepted.
The stock was untraded in London on Thursday, last closing at 64.00 pence a share, giving Northern Venture Trust a market capitalisation of GBP90.7 million.
The investment company noted, however, that similar offers from Northern 2 VCT PLC and Northern 3 VCT PLC remain open for subscription and will close when fully subscribed, but no later than on April 1.
These three offers were launched back in December, seeking to raise a total of up to GBP40 million.
