(Alliance News) - Building services firm Northern Bear PLC said Monday that Managing Director Graham Jennings will leave his role with effect on Tuesday.
Jennings has been in his role for nine years, since 2011. Following his departure, his responsibilities will be handled by other executive members of Northern Bear's board, and the company has no plans to appoint a successor.
"We have worked closely with Graham and the rest of the executive board since the reorganisation in October 2011. Graham leaves behind a much stronger, more successful Group than that which he took control of at that time. I, personally, would like to thank him for his commitment to the success of Northern Bear," said Executive Chair Steve Roberts.
Shares in Northern Bear closed untraded on Monday, last quoted at 49.90 pence in London.
