LONDON (Alliance News) - Northbridge Industrial Services PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Director David Marshall intends to retire upon completion of annual general meeting on June 4.
The industrial services and rental company said Marshall has been with the company since listing on London's AIM in 2006.
The company did not specify if it intends to seek a replacement. Recently, Northbridge appointed Nitin Kaul and Judith Aldersey-Williams as independent non-executive directors.
"On behalf of the whole board and other shareholders, I would like to thank David for his service and contribution to Northbridge, as well as his considerable input and advice, over the last 13 years," said Chair Peter Harris.
"We are sorry to see the departure of our longest serving non-executive director and we wish David and his family all good fortune for the future," added Harris.
Northbridge shares were trading 0.9% lower on Friday at 167.00 pence each.
