Norman Broadbent Says Howarth Assumes Chair Following Handover Period

27th Aug 2020 13:21

(Alliance News) - Professional services firm Norman Broadbent PLC on Thursday noted that Alan Howarth has taken over as non-executive chair.

Brian Stephens has retired as chair following a handover period, with the succession first announced at the end of June.

Chief Executive Mike Brennan said: "On behalf of the board and the whole Norman Broadbent family, I would like to thank Brian for his service over these past 11 years. Since I joined the board in April 2016, Brian's guidance has proved invaluable as we transformed Norman Broadbent into a more relevant, profitable, cash generative business."

Norman Broadbent shares were down 1.2% at 4.99 pence each on Thursday afternoon in London.
