LONDON (Alliance News) - Norman Broadbent PLC Monday said it is seeking out a new finance chief after Ben Felton said he will resign at the end of March in order to take up a senior role in a "larger organisation."
Norman Broadbent, which helps companies to recruit executives, said Felton will oversee the audit of its full-year results, which it expects to make public in April.
Felton qualified as a chartered accountant with FW Stephens and then worked for UBS Investment Bank in the fixed income, currency & commodities division before joining Norman Broadbent in January 2009 as finance director. He joined the board as Chief Financial Officer in June 2010.
In addition, Norman Broadbent said it has appointed Justin Whitehouse as the head of Arcus Global Partners' interim management practice.
He joins from Green Park Interim & Executive Search.
"We are delighted that Justin has decided to join us and are confident that he will make a significant contribution to the development of the interim management business and the success of Arcus Global Partners, which we established in March 2013 and which has shown strong momentum since," Pierce Casey, Chairman, said in a statement.
Shares in the firm last traded at 37.5 pence per share.
