LONDON (Alliance News) - Norish PLC on Thursday said 20% of the shares sold under its GBP5.1 million equity fundraising were issued to funds managed by Miton Group PLC.
Miton's shareholding in the cold storage company will increase to 16.3% from 14.2% as a result. Norish said 2.2 million of the 11.4 million shares sold under the placing will be issued to Miton.
The company disclosed the shareholdings of several of its directors after they participated in the company's GBP5.1 million equity fundraising, which was approved by shareholders earlier on Thursday at a vote.
The directors applied for 611,445 shares in the placing.
Chairman Ted O'Neill now has 2.92 million shares following the placing, from 2.86 million previously. His stake fell to 10.2% from 16.72%.
Non-Executive Director Torgeir Mantor still has 1.28 million shares following the placing. His holding fell to 4.49% from 7.48%.
Non-Executive Director Sean Savage now has 1.00 million shares, previously 893,333 shares. His holding fell to 3.51% from 5.22%.
Managing Director-designate Kieran Mahon now has 446,102 shares, previously 1,657 shares. His specific holding before and after the placing was not given and remains under 3% of the shares in issue.
Finance Director Aidan Hughes' still has 207,500 shares. His specific holding before and after the placing was not given and remains under 3% of the shares in issue.
Managing Director Norman Hatcliff still has 56,870 shares. His specific holding before and after the placing was not given and remains under 3% of the shares in issue.
Shares in Norish closed flat at 45.25 pence on Thursday, untraded since December 1.
