LONDON (Alliance News) - Noricum Gold Ltd Friday said it had received positive results from testing at its wholly-owned Rotgu¨lden gold and precious metals project in Austria.
The company said that assay results from the project had reinforced the high grade nature and prospectivity of the project. Results showed that mineralisation extended at depth, with results from drill hole C7 showing two meters of 3.59 grams per tonne of gold and 3.52 grams per tone of silver starting from a depth of 98 to 99 meters.
Results from drill hole C9 shows five meters of 2.12 grams per tonne of gold and 16.88 grams per tonne of silver starting from 35 meters.
Noricum is still awaiting results from samples where there was visible gold, it said.
Shares in Noricum Gold were trading down 5.76% at 0.900 pence Friday afternoon.
