LONDON (Alliance News) - Noricum Gold Limited Wednesday said it has found mineralised intercepts at three additional RZ testing holes in Rotgulden.
The Austria focused gold exploration and development company said further underground drilling at the Rotgulden site has found massive sulphide intercepts and stock work type mineralisation at the site.
The company said that drilling at position C at Rotgulden is completed and all mineralised cores have now been sent to the laboratory for assays.
Noricum also said it has now appointed a resource consultant, H&S Consultants Pty Ltd, to prepare a mineral resource estimate for the Rotgulden underground mine and assess the exploration potential of the Rotgulden project as a whole.
?We are at the moment looking at potential scenarios for early stage production at the mine,? the company's Managing Director Greg Kuenzel told Alliance News. ?We'd like to be self-funding so that we can explore the area in detail.?
Noricum Gold shares were up 4.6% to 1.02 pence in early trading Wednesday.
