Norges Bank Has 3.0% Interest In St. James's Place From Undisclosed (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - St. James's Place PLC said on Monday Norges Bank now holds a 3.0% stake in the company after a transaction last Friday.

St. James's Place shares closed down 2.1% on Monday at a price of 1,117.50 pence each.

Prior to that, Norges Bank's holding was undisclosed.
