LONDON (Alliance News) - Communications network company Norcon PLC on Wednesday said trading in 2015 was broadly flat year-on-year, with a better performance emerging in the second half.
The company said its revenue for 2015 will be similar to the prior year, as the restructuring the group has undergone in recent years starts to reap benefits.
In addition, projects delayed from the first half flowed through in the second, helping margins improve in the second half of the year and meaning the group returned to a pretax profit, having made a loss in the first half.
The group said it looks well-positioned for 2016 and said its business in the Middle East has not been hit by the lower oil price.
