(Alliance News) - Engineering and construction company NMCN PLC on Friday said its Chief Financial Officer Daniel Taylor will step down from the company by the end of 2020.
The Ashfield, English-based company said Taylor would like to pursue other opportunities and interests related to the industry.
NMCN said it intends to appoint a successor by the start of 2021.
"Dan has been a significant contributor to the development and growth of the group over the last 7.5 years promoting strategic ideas and implementing new systems and processes...Everyone in the group and I personally would like to thank him for everything he has done and achieved within the business and wish him every success in his future career," said Chair Robert Moyle.
NMCN shares closed down 6.1% at 324.00 pence each on Friday in London.
