LONDON (Alliance News) - Nighthawk Energy PLC on Wednesday said the hearing for approval of its water flood project has been moved to March.
The oil company said it received notification from the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission that the hearing has been moved to March 7-8 from January 26 in order to allow the commission staff more time for further review, for the company to submit a final plan of development, and to allow for a response by the parties contesting the application.
Nighthawk said it is confident it has a strong case and expects the project to be approved.
Shares in Nighthawk were trading flat at 0.700 pence on Wednesday morning.
