Nigel Wray And Paul Chambers Hold 3% Stakes In GRC International (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - GRC International Group PLC said on Thursday that Nigel Wray now holds a 3.1% stake in cyber security and data compliance company after transaction on Wednesday.

The group also said that Paul Chambers had 3.8% interest in the group in transaction on Wednesday.

GRC International Group shares were down 0.8% at 119.00 pence per share on Thursday.

Prior to that, neither Wray's nor Chamber's holdings in the company were disclosed.
