LONDON (Alliance News) - NextEnergy Solar Fund Ltd Friday said that its investment manager is undertaking the due diligence on a "large set of additional opportunities" for the company, which the fund expects to present "attractive incremental growth options" to its investors.
The fund also said that it is working with its investment manager, NextEnergy Capital IM Ltd, to progress the execution of transactions to fully invest the proceeds of its April float.
Since its debut on the stock exchange, NextEnergy Solar Fund has invested about 73% of the proceeds of its GBP85.6 million initial public offering, acquiring six assets for GBP62.5 million.
The company's investment manager, NextEnergy Capital IM, is part of the NextEnergy Capital Group.
Shares were Friday quoted up 0.1% at 102.75 pence.
