NextEnergy Solar Fund Acquires Trio Of Operating Plants

LONDON (Alliance News) - NextEnergy Solar Fund Ltd on Monday said it has acquired three operating plants totalling 53 megawatt peaks for GBP61.7 million.

The portfolio comprises the 20.4MWp Fenland, the 24.8MWp Green End, and the 8.1MWp Tower Hill.

The plans are connected and accredited under the UK's 1.4 Renewable Obligation Certificate regime, the company said.

The portfolio has long-term fully-amortising project financing of GBP45.4 million in place, with expiry in 2032, the company added.

Shares in NextEnergy Solar Fund were down 0.5% at 102.51 pence on Monday morning.
