LONDON (Alliance News) - NextEnergy Solar Fund Ltd on Wednesday said it has acquired three solar power plants in England for a total of GBP22.1 million.
The company bought the 11.5 megawatt peak North Farm solar power plant in Dorset for GBP14.5 million, the 5.0mwp Birch solar power plant in Essex for GBP5.3 million, and the 1.8mwp Thurlestone Leicester rooftop solar power plant in Leicestershire for GBP2.3 million.
NextEnergy now has 21 assets totalling 253mwp and a total investment value of GBP296.1 million.
Shares in NextEnergy were untraded Wednesday morning, last quoted at 104.25 pence.
