LONDON (Alliance News) - Next PLC said Friday that, in addition to the special dividend announced in its trading statement January 3, it would be paying a further special dividend of 50 pence per share May 1, 2014.
The second special dividend will be paid to members on the company's register at close of business April 4.
The retailer will be announcing its full year results March 20.
Shares in Next were trading down 0.4% at 6,215.00 pence Friday morning.
