LONDON (Alliance News) - Next Fifteen Communications Group PLC on Thursday said it has acquired brand marketing consultancy IncrediBull World Ltd for GBP1.6 million in cash and shares.
Next Fifteen will pay GBP1.3 million in cash, plus a further GBP300,000 via the issue of 166,276 shares, giving the shares a value of 180.42 pence each. Next Fifteen shares were untraded on Thursday morning, having last traded at 188.00p.
Next Fifteen said the deal is in line with its plan to strengthen its UK business.
"Next 15 believes the future of marketing lies in its ability to deliver engaging, digital content. IncrediBull has a history of creating brand platforms from which to serve up great content and engage with customers. As such they will play an important role in strengthening and extending our Text100 offering. This acquisition adds great talent and a strong product set to our UK business and caps a string of acquisitions in this market covering content, insight and technology," said Chief Executive Tim Dyson.
