LONDON (Alliance News) - Next Fifteen Communications Group PLC on Friday said it has acquired technical content marketing firm Publitek Ltd for GBP6.2 million in cash and shares.
Next Fifteen will pay GBP5.7 million in cash for Publitek, with the rest to be covered by the issue of 228,704 shares, giving the shares a price of 218.6 pence. Next Fifteen shares closed at 224.5p on Thursday.
Publitek serves the semiconductor and electronic components industry and counts a number of major companies, including blue-chip ARM Holdings PLC, amongst its clients.
"As the marketing industry becomes increasingly specialised and technology-driven, Next 15 is looking to find firms like Publitek that can drive these niche but powerful online communities," said Next Fifteen Chief Executive Tim Dyson.
