LONDON (Alliance News) - Retail property investor and asset manager NewRiver Retail Ltd on Tuesday said it has added the former chief financial officer of fashion retailer New Look to its board.
Alastair Miller will join as a non-executive director with immediate effect, part of a move by NewRiver to strengthen its board and ensure compliance as it gears up for a move to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange later this year.
Along with Miller's appointment, Non-Executive Director Andrew Walker has stepped down to concentrate on his other business interests, while Executive Director Nick Sewell has stepped down from the board but will remain with the company to focus on its acquisition and investment strategy.
Shares in NewRiver were down 0.2% to 339.50 pence Tuesday morning.
