(Alliance News) - Newmark Security PLC, a London-based provider of electronic and physical security products, said Graham Feltham will step down as finance director on June 3.
The electronic and physical security systems firm said it has started the process of finding a replacement.
Feltham has been with the company since September 2019, and formerly had financial roles at Belron and Statpro Group PLC, according to Newmark's website.
"I would like to thank Graham for his contribution to the business and we wish him well for the next chapter of his career. We have commenced the search for a new group FD who can assist with the strategic business plan, whilst having a strong understanding of our sector and the know-how of growing a business in the US market," Chief Executive Marie-Claire Dwek said.
