(Alliance News) - Newmark Security PLC said Thursday Finance Director Brian Beecraft retired from the firm, with Graham Feltham replacing him with immediate effect.
In January, Beecraft announced his intention to retire in October.
"We are pleased to welcome Graham to the board of the company, following his handover period with Brian Beecraft," Newmark Chief Executive Officer Marie-Claire Dwek said. "We wish Brian well in his retirement and thank him for his contribution during his time with the company."
Shares in Newmark were 7.4% higher at 0.94 pence in London on Thursday.
