(Alliance News) - Newly-listed EverArc Holdings Ltd on Thursday said it has successfully raised USD71.4 million to go towards new investments.
EverArc, an investment vehicle based in the British Virgin Islands, listed in London in December after raising USD340 million. The company is looking at acquisitions, having not specified the industry it is targeting.
It has placed 6.8 million new shares at a price of USD10.50 each, raising the USD71.4 million, which will go towards any acquisitions made.
Shares were untraded on Thursday in London, last quoted at USD13.50 each. Shares in its initial public offering were issued at USD10.
