LONDON (Alliance News) - New World Resources PLC on Thursday said Gareth Penny remains executive chairman of the company, correcting reports that he had resigned.
New World said Penny has resigned from the board of its New World Resources NV subsidiary but remains executive chairman of the overall company.
Shares in the company were down 20% to 0.1319 pence.
