LONDON (Alliance News) - New World Resources PLC on Tuesday said an enquiry is underway after a worker died at the Darkov coal mine owned by its Czech subsidiary OKD.
The 26-year-old worker died at about 1,000 metres underground on Tuesday, according to the hard coal producer.
New World Resources said it "expresses its deepest condolences to the families, relatives and friends of the deceased worker".
Shares in New World Resources were untraded at 0.167 pence on Tuesday morning.
