LONDON (Alliance News) - New World Oil & Gas PLC on Wednesday said it has issued 155.2 million shares.
New World said it issued 82.8 million shares at 0.275 pence each in part payment for services rendered in relation to the company's operations.
In addition, 72.4 million shares were issued to two directors and one former director at 0.23 pence each.
Non-Executive Chairman Chris Einchcomb was issued 24.7 million shares and now holds 26.9 million shares representing 0.6% of the company's issued share capital.
Non-Executive Director Stephen Polakoff was issued 20.3 million shares and now holds 22 million shares representing 0.5% of the company's issued share capital.
Former Director Frederick Hodder was issued 27.4 million shares and now holds 29.3 million shares representing 0.6% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in New World closed up 5.0% at 0.0630 pence on Wednesday.
