LONDON (Alliance News) - Biomedical and healthcare technology company NetScientific PLC on Tuesday said Chief Financial Officer Peter Thoms is to resign from his role.
Thoms is leaving to "pursue new challenges", the company said, particularly in the technology sector.
The search for a replacement has started, and Mark Nanovich, currently group finance director, will step in as interim CFO in the mean time.
Shares in NetScientific were down 2.8% to 85.0525 pence.
