LONDON (Alliance News) - NetScientific PLC began trading on AIM Monday with a market capitalisation of GBP57.5 million.
It said that it had successfully raised GBP30 million via the placing of new ordinary shares at a price of 160 pence each, the working proceeds of which will be used to fund the acceleration of its two portfolio companies WANDA Inc. and Vortex BioSciences Inc.
"The successful Admission to AIM represents an important milestone for the Group and we believe that, following our entry onto the market, we can build substantially on our current position," said Chief Executive Farad Azima in a statement.
NetScientific is a healthcare medical technology company. NetScientific was quoted at 167.4 pence, down 0.1p.
