LONDON (Alliance News) - Biomedical and healthcare technology company NetScientific PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Stephen Smith as a non-executive director.
Smith has held a number of senior roles within the UK National Health Service and in academia, including with the Medical Research Council, University of Cambridge, Imperial College London, and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
Smith was the chief executive of the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust having overseen the creation of the body, involving the combination of four NHS trusts and the largest merger in the history of the NHS, NetScientific noted.
NetScientific shares were untraded early Wednesday, having last traded at 84.00 pence.
