LONDON (Alliance News) - Software company Netcall PLC on Tuesday said it has won a place on the Crown Commercial Service Network Services agreement for inbound telephony services.
The new framework has been created in order to consolidated telecommunications services procurement across UK government departments.
"We are delighted to have been successful in our bid to join the CCS agreement for Inbound Telephony Services, which creates a more flexible and streamlined procurement process for public sector buyers. A position on the agreement opens up to Netcall a wider portion of the public sector market and provides us with access to new contract opportunities as part of an elite group of suppliers," said Henrik Bang, Netcall's chief executive.
Shares in Netcall were down 1.6% to 47.00 pence on Tuesday morning.
