LONDON (Alliance News) - Netcall PLC Monday said it has secured a five-year SaaS contract worth a minimum of GBP1.4 million to provide its Liberty multi-channel contact centre and unified communications solutions to an unnamed client.
The software provider said that as part of the agreement it will deliver a range of inbound and outbound voice, email and chat applications that utilise Liberty's business process management capabilities for workflow automation and data integration with legacy systems.
Netcall's solution will replace a number of legacy on-premise systems with a hosted solution that provides a virtual contact centre for the client's six sites, it said.
"Today's announcement represents a milestone for Netcall as it is the largest SaaS contract we have been awarded for our new Liberty platform. The end-to-end, fully hosted solution will transform the way in which our client interacts with its customers and we look forward to working with them," Chief Executive Henrik Bang said in a statement.
SaaS stands for software as a service.
Shares in Netcall were trading up 2.5% at 50.50 pence Monday morning.
