LONDON (Alliance News) - Netcall PLC on Monday said it secured a GBP1.4 million worth contract from a unnamed client.
The company said the partner is a New York Stock Exchange listed company and the four-year contract is for the MatsSoft Low-code platform and Netcall's Liberty omnichannel contact centre solution, delivered as a combined platform via the cloud.
Netcall's technology have been selected by the customer to jointly provide a digital services platform to support the delivery of a UK Government agency's services.
The platform will support case management, web and mobile portals, integration to back-office systems and payment gateways and multi-channel communications.
"We are delighted that this new customer has made the decision to purchase both our Liberty Contact Centre solution and MatsSoft Low-code platform, our industry leading Low-code platform, demonstrating the synergies of the two platforms," said Chief Executive Henrik Bang.
Shares in Netcall were trading 2.35 higher on Monday at 68.00 pence each.
