LONDON (Alliance News) - Mobile gaming content developer and platform provider Nektan PLC on Tuesday said Chief Executive David Gosen has resigned to pursue other opportunities.
Gosen's resignation will be effective from the end of January, with Executive Chairman Gary Shaw to step in as interim CEO until a replacement is found.
The group also said Jim Wilkinson, currently an independent non-executive director, will become the company's non-executive chairman. Nektan didn't say whether Wilkinson's appointment was permanent or just while Shaw is filling in as CEO.
Nektan shares were untraded on Tuesday morning, having last traded at 132.00 pence.
