LONDON (Alliance News) - Nektan PLC on Thursday said it raised GBP2.1 million through the placing of shares.
The company issued 14.0 million shares at 15 pence each. On Wednesday, the Nektan said it intended to raise GBP1.5 million via placing and subscription at the issue price.
Nektan shares were trading up 4.0% at 13.00 pence each.
Gary Shaw, founder & executive officer of the company, has subscribed for 4.6 million shares for an aggregate value of GBP685,000.
Admission of the first 12.6 million shares to trading is expected on April 29, while the company has decided that 1.3 million shares should be deferred with admission expected on June 30.
