LONDON (Alliance News) -Gaming platform and services provider Nektan PLC said on Tuesday it has appointed Lucy Buckley as chief executive officer, effective from December 3.
On her appointment, interim Chief Executive Officer Gary Shaw will step down from the role, and continue as an executive director.
Buckley will be joining from games technology firm Inspired Gaming Group, where she spent around eight years since 2010, leaving as vice president of its Interactive division.
"Lucy will help to build on our most recent successes, as we continue to win new contracts and deliver additional revenue streams. I will remain very much involved in the business both as a shareholder and as an executive director. We very much look forward to welcoming Lucy to Nektan at this exciting time for the business," said Interim Chief Executive Officer Gary Shaw.
Shares in Nektan dropped 12% at 19.00 pence on Tuesday.
